In the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg, the administration is trying to force members of precinct election commissions (PECs) from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation to leave them. A St. Petersburg student, one of the PEC members, told DOXA about this. According to a DOXA interlocutor, the deputy head of the Nevsky district administration, Anna Drozd, puts pressure on PEC members through their places of work and study.
