At least three Ukrainian civilians have died as a result of Russian shelling over the past 24 hours, and at least 10 more have been injured. Russia shelled Donetsk, Kherson, Zaporozhye, Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolaev, Chernigov, Kharkov and Sumy regions. In the Donetsk region, one person was killed and four more were injured as a result of Russian shelling, said the head of the regional military administration (ROA) Pavel Kirilenko.
