EU countries extend temporary protection for Ukrainian refugees until 2027

Photo: Lviv Regional Military Administration, Media Center Ukraine The EC Council unanimously supported the proposal to extend until March 4, 2027 temporary protection for Ukrainian refugees located in the Union. The Council statement says that since March 2022, the EU has provided safety and asylum more than four million refugees from Ukraine on the basis of a temporary defense directive.
