Delayed action mine
Shangareev himself told Interfax that behind the search in his apartment “are some imams and muftis who inform on each other in order to... get rid of a competitor and at the same time show loyalty to the authorities.” In addition, the story with the Al-Furkan madrasah in Buguruslan lasted for more than two years, which the authorities tried to close, so either explosives or prohibited literature were “found” in the madrasah.

The court of the people
The hero of Iskander, I remember, exclaimed about the order to take the Kozlotur: “So that I ate this bastard (goat) at the commemoration of the one who invented all this!” I am far from such a certainty in relation to the jury in Russia, although from the very beginning I said that this imitation of Western clothing is not for our climate.

Didn't deserve any mercy
The desperate efforts of lawyers and parents of the young man who attacked parishioners of the Moscow synagogue on Bolshaya Bronnaya in early January had no results. They failed to achieve a suspended sentence, or, moreover, the release from custody of Alexander Koptsev. On Monday, the Moscow City Court sentenced him to 13 years in a maximum security colony. Koptsev was found guilty of attempted murder based on interreligious and ethnic hatred.

Belarusian choice: special forces, prison, freedom
Power acceleration Demonstrations in Minsk Caused a lively discussion on the Internet. Personnel shown by Western television companies - four special forces in helmets and batons chase after a woman who does not resist, but tries to escape from brave fellows and screams when her batons are poured to the ground - they gave rise to the most contradictory reaction.

That's the power
Russia has become politically unfree. This is the main thing that has happened to the country recently. This opinion is expressed today in Kommersant by Andrei Illarionov, former adviser to the President of the Russian Federation on economic issues. Continuing his denunciation of the current government, Illarionov, who is familiar with its methods first-hand, notes: “Unfreedom is needed to incite hatred - social, external, internal.

Precarious Advantage
Seats in the new Ukrainian parliament will most likely be won by the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc, the Party of Regions, the Our Ukraine bloc, the Socialist Party, the Lytvyn People's Bloc and the Communist Party. According to preliminary data, the majority of votes so far goes to BYuT, which currently accounts for about 25% of the votes. However, exit polls, on the contrary, testify to the leadership of Viktor Yanukovych’s party.

We have to wait
The unexpected court decision in the case of Oleg Shcherbinsky, previously accused of the death of the governor of the Altai Territory, can hardly be regarded as the capitulation of the authorities. Daily magazine: "Got it!"
March 19: Observations ** I will be very brief , for there is no time. I sat on the site, watched all day. Yesterday, in the lists of voters in my site there were 1925 people. This morning, it was already 2122. Tonight, before the counting of the votes, there were 2251. How could the site “grow” by 225 people? The commission came across normal, I will not lie, let me watch the calculation. My vision is good, so I saw how they laid out the ballots on the neighboring edge of the table.

Who goes where
Dmitry Kozak has already been summoned to the Kremlin regarding his possible appointment. In addition, possible candidates for his current position are currently being actively discussed. As Novye Izvestia writes today, the resignation of Minister of Justice Yuri Chaika and the return of the current presidential envoy to the Southern Federal District to the capital is quite possible in the near future.

Surrounded with care
The FSB opposed the bill prepared by the government to limit foreign investment in strategic enterprises. The FSB’s amendments could disrupt the deadline for its submission to the State Duma, which expires on April 1. Fearing for state security, FSB officials proposed adding natural monopolies and telecommunications companies to the list of strategic ones.
