Results of the year: when the sand in the hourglass runs out
Among other events of the outgoing year, one thing remained almost unnoticed - it was very advantageous for summing up the results of Vladimir Putin’s “eight-year plan”. Eight years later, the goal of the “second Chechen” war was finally achieved. They may object to me: how is it possible, what kind of success of the “counter-terrorism operation” can we talk about if explosion follows explosion? But I was not mistaken and did not make a mistake.
