Homosexuals wanted to get together and walk around Moscow under their flags and balloons on the occasion of spring and their right to their simple joys. They did not destroy people like the communists, Nazis or religious orthodoxies, who, however, calmly walk around democratic Moscow under their banners. They did not persecute those who did not share their tastes - they were persecuted by the communists, the Nazis, and religious orthodoxies...

On May 19 at 19.00 a rally (coordinated with the mayor’s office) “For radical police reform” will take place on Triumfalnaya Square. The rally, as stated by the organizers - the movement “For Human Rights” - will have the character of an open non-political action. It is intended to begin a national discussion about the ways and methods of reform that would bring humanism and legality to Russian internal organs.
