The Ministry of Defense plans to improve its image in every possible way. As the Trud newspaper writes on October 13, a special information and propaganda center will be created within the department. According to the newspaper, the idea of such a center came to the country’s leadership after the conflict in Georgia: foreign media then greatly upset the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The detention was very rough, some had their clothes torn, others were hit in the kidneys. I can't say that anyone was seriously injured. Late in the evening, the police admitted what they had long denied - they talked about twenty, about thirty detainees. Apparently, some kind of statement will be made; today there is a meeting of the Solidarity bureau.

Maybe from this he is tired no less than from the "their".
