Putin's values: conservatism or sovereign?
In the last weeks of the outgoing year, President Putin made important speeches in two characteristic “meetings” - the Russian literary (before cultural figures) and federal (to deputies and officials). In both cases, he made speeches not only as the highest official of the state, but also as an expressor of official ideology. In a message on December 12, the president announced his worldview credo to the Federal Assembly in terms of international relations.
