Formally, during the collapse of the USSR and “social camps”, all former communist states proclaimed similar or simply identical goals - the construction of democratic legal societies with a market economy. But in reality, the development of post -communist countries went in different ways. The differences in the post-communist development of Russia and the Central European states, including the Baltic countries, are obvious and are of fundamental and high-quality in nature.
