Some time ago, speaking at Echo of Moscow, Sergey Parkhomenko made a very accurate observation about how the attitude of the Western establishment towards the adoption of anti -Russian measures is changing. They, these measures, no longer look some kind of extraordinary, out of the ordinary event. The peculiarity of the current moment is that over the four years that have passed after the annexation of Crimea, anti -Russian sanctions became a routine of foreign policy of Western countries.
