Once the St. Petersburg journalist Dmitry Sinochkin convinced me that the future of Russia is not in Moscow, but in dachas and in gardening. There, people learn to act independently, without a state: they agree to pave the entrance to the village, bring gas, arrange a water supply system. I was laughing at Sinochkin, this dashman-idealist, when I lived in the capital and hanged out on curses. However, now I see that he is right.

Russian-Belorussian relations seem to have entered a new stage. If earlier the preference was given to the many hours of cook negotiations of two leaders, a joint pastime -hockey and skiing, during which conflict problems were “rubbed”, now megaphone proxy -dyspremii came into business. Putin and Lukashenko are not open to each other openly, but they are already instructed to do this to specially trained people.
