A school is on fire in the south of Moscow

Rosstat: Russia's GDP grew by 4% in 2010 - to 44.5 trillion rubles

The Russian stock market lost more than 1.5% in indices due to external negativity

Mordashov increased his share in the German travel holding TUI to 20.45%

Doku Umarov's brother was arrested in Italy

The Basmanny Court of Moscow issued a sanction for the arrest in absentia of State Duma deputy Ashot Yeghiazaryan, accused of fraud on an especially large scale. A freight train was blown up in Dagestan
On the night of Monday, January 31, a bomb exploded under a freight train in Dagestan.
