Prokhorov: big business is showing interest in “Right Cause”

Sitronics and Troika Dialog became shareholders of UEC

Transneft plans to increase dividends by 25.7% based on the results of 2010
On May 24, the Board of Directors of Transneft decided to recommend to the annual meeting of shareholders to pay dividends based on the results of 2010 in the total amount of 1,223,435,540.73 rubles, the company said in a statement. It is proposed to allocate 734.07 million rubles, or 132.34 rubles per share, to pay dividends on ordinary shares (5,546,847 shares), and 489.366 million rubles, or 314.73 rubles per share, on preferred shares (1,554,875 shares). .

Soyuz with three cosmonauts successfully landed in Kazakhstan
In the Kazakh steppe on the morning of Tuesday, May 24, the descent module of the Soyuz TMA-20 spacecraft landed. As reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the Flight Control Center (MCC), specialists of the search and rescue group have already opened the capsule hatch and are evacuating the crew members. Yandex raised $1.3 billion during its IPO
The Dutch Yandex N. V, which owns 100% of the Yandex search engine, conducted an IPO on the Nasdaq exchange (ticker YNDX) on the night of Tuesday, May 24. During the placement, investors purchased 52.2 million shares of the company for $1.3 billion, Bloomberg reports , citing sources familiar with the situation. Belarus will receive $1.24 billion from the EurAsEC fund in 2011
On June 4, the EurAsEC countries will make a final decision on providing a loan to Belarus. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Russia Alexei Kudrin announced this on Tuesday. Yandex shares increase by more than 30% during first trading on Nasdaq
Yandex shares increased in price by 31.32% during the first trading session on the American Nasdaq exchange, according to exchange data. The price of oil rose to $98.9 after the sharpest drop in a week
Oil prices rose in trading on Tuesday after its sharpest fall in more than a week, as signs of dwindling inventories and a weaker dollar boosted the appeal of oil assets, Bloomberg reported . Cherkizovo Group reduced profits by 42% in the first quarter
OJSC Cherkizovo Group in the first quarter of this year reduced net profit according to US GAAP by 42% - to $18.4 million compared to $31.9 million in the first quarter of last year, according to a company press release.
