Greece has agreed on budget saving parameters with creditors
The Greek authorities and the country's creditors, represented by the European Union and the International Monetary Fund, on Thursday agreed on the terms of the austerity measures necessary to unlock the second package of financial assistance to the state worth €130 billion and implement agreements to write off part of the public debt with private investors. This information was confirmed by Prime Minister Lucas Papadimos, reports Reuters .

Putin will postpone part of the New Year holidays to May

Groupon's revenue in 2011 grew 5.2 times to $1.6 billion
Revenue from Groupon Inc, which owns the world's largest online discount service, grew 5.2 times in 2011, to $1.6 billion from $313 million in 2010. The company provided such data on Thursday. Free cash flow increased 3.4 times, to $246.6 million. Net loss decreased by 30%, to $350.8 million from $456.3 million. In the fourth quarter of 2011, Groupon doubled its revenue to $506.5 million and free cash flow 3.6 times to $155 million.

EPAM went public
Software developer Epam Systems Inc. placed 6 million shares as part of an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) at a price of $12 per share. As a result, the entire company was valued at $490 million. This was reported by the Interfax agency , citing the company’s press service. The placement was at the lower limit of the range. So, back in January the company expected to list at $16-18 per share. The IPO was organized by Citi, UBS, Barclays Capital and Renaissance Securities.
