On the night of September 8, the coordinator of Alexei Navalny’s Yeisk headquarters, Ksenia Seredkina, was attacked by two unknown assailants. She also organized the action on September 9 against pension reform in Yeisk. The attack took place in the suburbs of Yeisk, in the park of the village of Krasnoflotskoye.

Tonight, a judge of the Leninsky District Court sentenced lawyer Mikhail Benyash to 14 days of administrative arrest under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer” and 40 hours of compulsory labor under Article 20.2 “Organizing or holding a public event without filing a notification.” According to the court, Mikhail Benyash resisted the police officers who took him to the department for questioning.

On the evening of September 10, Judge Sergei Baranov of the Sovetsky District Court of Krasnodar imposed an administrative fine in the amount of 5,000 rubles on Angelika Mastyaeva, a resident of the Lenin farm. Beaten by a worker who was cutting down a forest belt, Anzhelika Mastyaeva was found guilty by the court of beating without causing harm to the health of that same woodcutter.
