The Krasnodar prosecutor's office has opened another administrative case against the coordinator of the Krasnodar regional branch of Open Russia, Yana Antonova. The activist received a summons demanding to appear at the prosecutor's office to familiarize herself with the decision to initiate an administrative case. However, the document did not indicate what served as the basis for bringing Antonova to justice.

The investigative department for the Western District of the city of Krasnodar has completed the investigation of the criminal case against the famous Kuban lawyer Mikhail Benyash, and the case will be brought to court in the near future. The lawyer is accused of using violence against government officials (Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

On January 11, in the village of Poltavskaya, Krasnodar Territory, police detained Sergei Batanov, who was posting leaflets with a picture of President Vladimir Putin and information about price increases. Batanov reported this on OVD-Info . After his arrest, Batanov was taken to the police station in the Krasnoarmeysky district, where police Major Nikolai Dankevich spoke with him.
