A cracked house in St. Petersburg has been declared fit for habitation.
A special commission, created by order of the Governor of St. Petersburg Valentina Matvienko, recognized the cracked house on Dvinskaya Street as suitable for living. This is reported by Gazeta.ru with reference to the Channel Five of St. Petersburg television. According to the channel, members of the commission, headed by its chairman, Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg Oleg Virolainen, have already gone to reassure and please the temporarily evicted residents of the house.
