Lukashenko will not go to the Euro summit

Sources familiar with the preparation of the summit said that Lukashenko was not in the list of registered participants. Instead, the deputy head of the government of Belarus Vladimir Semashko will come to Prague. Earlier, the European Union invited Lukashenko to a summit.
