Monument to Joseph Brodsky in Moscow. Photo from the site artrussia.ru In Moscow, a monument to the poet, Laureate of the Nobel Prize, Joseph Brodsky, was opened, ITAR-TASS reports. The monument, created by the People's Artist of Russia, sculptor George Frangulin, was erected in the square on the Boulevard of Novinsky. The festive ceremony was attended by the poet’s friends, famous actors and cultural figures, state and public figures and numerous admirers of the poet’s talent.
