From Friday for smoking at workplaces, in public institutions, entrances of residential buildings, as well as at stations and airports, fines will be charged from 500 to 1,500 rubles. From June 1, 2014, smoking will also be prohibited in restaurants and bars, hotels, long -distance trains and on the plates of electric waist.
