Photo: vsem-irk.ru Russia may allow foreign state -owned companies to increase its shares in enterprises developing subsoil plots of federal significance, that is, large deposits of oil, gas, gold, nickel, platinoids and copper. It is reported by Kommersant. The Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Economy and the FAS received an order from the government to consider this issue.
