IMF can recognize the public debt by Ukrainian bonds
Emblem of the IMF The debt of Ukraine to Russia, issued in the form of bonds of three billion US dollars, should be considered as official, not commercial. Employees of the International Monetary Fund came to such a preliminary conclusion, Bloomberg reports citing sources in the organization. This expert opinion should be approved by the Executive Council of the IMF. In this case, bonds belonging to Russia will be excluded from the number of restructured ones.
