1922 Departure of the "philosophical ship"
95 years ago, on September 29, 1922, the steamship "Oberburgomaster Haken" sailed from Petrograd. He made his next flight on 30 September. In total, he took to the German port of Stettin more than 160 intellectuals forcibly expelled from Soviet Russia, including many famous philosophers - Nikolai Berdyaev, Semyon Frank, Ivan Ilyin, Sergei Trubetskoy and others. This is how the Soviet government got rid of "ideologically alien" thinkers.
