Photo with personal FB page The European Court of Human Rights satisfied the complaint of a civil activist from Syktyvkar Grigory Kablis, whose page on VKontakte was blocked for the announcement of the protest campaign. According to the decision published on the ECHR website, Russia violated the rights of Kablis to freedom of expression, to freedom of assembly, as well as to effective legal protection (Articles 10, 11, 13 of the European Convention on Human Rights).
