All state employees who study full-time and do not have debts or C grades receive a state academic scholarship. And it is public sector employees who are the main contenders for other types of scholarships. But what about those who pay for their studies and want to get at least some financial support? Together with the human rights project for students “Lightning,” we studied all the documents on payments and now we explain what students of different forms of education are entitled to.
