In the eurozone, houses and cars fell
Inflation in Europe passed into a negative zone. In July, prices in the EU fell by 0.6%. However, goods are becoming less and less accessible to Europeans whose income is reduced in connection with the global financial crisis. According to the forecasts of the European Statistical Agency, the Eurostat, the average inflation rate for all countries located in the eurozone (Monetary Index of Consumer Prices), in July amounted to minus 0.6% compared to last July last year.
