Universities will not help eighteen -year -old draftees
This spring, eighteen -year -old graduates of schools and applicants who did not have time to enter the university will go to serve in the army, despite the long -standing promises of the authorities to resolve this issue. The bill, which gives the applicant a small delay, has been prepared, but the State Duma has not yet been discussed. Human rights activists are sure: the military appeal is generally morally outdated, and conscripts should begin to be prepared from school.
