The Austrian law enforcement agencies have evidence of the connection of Shaa Turlaev, one of the main advisers of President Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, with the killers of Umar Israilov, says The New York Times. By publishing the details of a 15-month investigation, the American newspaper refers to lawyers, the Austrian prosecutor’s office, as well as an anonymous source familiar with the case file. Former bodyguard Ramzan Kadyrov, Umar Israilov, received a political asylum in Austria in 2006.
