The fire in the Kostroma club "Polygon", which killed 13 people, was set up by Stanislav Ionkin. He fought in Ukraine, received a concussion there, and after a short rehabilitation he returned to the military unit. Ionkin's wife, Yevgenia Zhulina, confirmed to reporters that the soldier had been shell-shocked in August. When asked why her husband was outside the military unit, she advised to contact his leadership.
