Kyiv is preparing for the worst-case scenario, when, due to Russian attacks, there will be no heat, water and light in the city - Vitali Klitschko
Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko told BBC Ukraine in an interview that the capital is preparing for the worst-case scenario, when light, heat and water will completely disappear in the city due to Russian attacks. However, according to Klitschko, the evacuation of Kyiv is not planned. The city has stocks of fuel oil, food, water, as well as heating points. The authorities are still considering scenarios in which there will be no communications at all in the Ukrainian capital.
