Aleksey Runov, a neighbor of the person involved in the Network case, told Mediazona that during his arrest, FSB officers tortured him with a stun gun. Alexei Runov, a resident of St. Petersburg, adhered to anti-fascist views, sometimes participated in protests and lived in the same apartment with Igor Shishkin, who was detained in the Network case, and his wife Tatyana.
