Data on property owners has been classified in Russia
On March 1, amendments to the law on personal data came into force in Russia, which prohibit the publication of information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate about owners without their consent. Now Rosreestr will not indicate the last name, first name and patronymic of the owners if an outsider orders an extract. At the same time, without a special application, these data will remain available to spouses, as well as to notaries and government agencies, including law enforcement.
