Banks in the countries of Central Asia and the South Caucasus refuse to work with the Unistream payment system
A number of banks in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Georgia stopped working with the Unistream payment system after it came under US sanctions. This was reported by the Kommersant newspaper , TASS and Interfax agencies . Thus, according to the publications, in Kyrgyzstan, the banks Kompanion, Finsa, RSK, Capital, Halyk and Bank of Asia have suspended work with the system. In Armenia, Ardshinbank and Converse Bank no longer work with Unistream.
