In Russia, a third of women face violations of labor rights. Only every fifth admits this
In Russia, about 35% of women face violations of labor rights. However, only 22% of Russian women surveyed admit this. This is stated in a special report of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia (FNPR), writes RBC. The document notes that young employees suffer most from discrimination at work. Most often, women encounter violations during hiring, when receiving sick leave, or when paying for additional duties that they perform.
