“Russian Communists” proposed sending “foreign agents” to clear snow
The Communists of Russia party proposed to the State Duma to oblige “foreign agents” to participate in snow removal in large cities, the chairman of the party’s Central Committee, Sergei Malinkovich, told RIA Novosti. “Now there are heavy snowfalls in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and other cities. Housing and communal services structures do not always cope, it is difficult for motorists and passers-by, there are traffic jams, congestion, and the streets are stagnant.
