In the Kursk region they plan to ban “inducing” women to have abortions
The governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoit, proposed a ban on “inducing” women to have abortions. The bill, as follows from the explanatory note, is aimed at “protecting the institution of the family and solving the problem of demography.” If the bill is adopted, administrative liability will be provided for “inducing” abortion. For citizens, the fine will be from 3 to 5 thousand rubles, for officials - from 10 to 20 thousand, for legal entities - from 30 to 50 thousand rubles.
