In November, those liable for military service will begin to receive electronic summonses and be prohibited from leaving the country.
From November 1, the Ministry of Defense will begin to fully use the Unified Military Registry. This became known from a government decree, which was published on the evening of April 27. The register will collect all information about those liable for military service from other bases, in particular, data on place of residence, including not at the place of registration, work, education, real estate, health status, criminal records, dates of departure and entry into the country.
