The police found no violations, including signs of “discrediting” the army, in the words of United Russia deputy Vyacheslav Dyukov, who called Russian contract soldiers “homeless people, alcoholics, scourges and prisoners.” Moscow City Duma deputy Evgeniy Stupin reported the results of the inspection on his Telegram channel.
