The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) has declassified a report from its agent under the pseudonym Felix, which talks about France preparing to send about two thousand soldiers to Ukraine. The document, published in the June issue of the magazine "Razvedchik", was brought to the attention of the newspaper "Vedomosti". The report, dated March 18, 2024, states that the French armed forces are concerned about the increasing number of French fatalities in Ukraine.
