Russian 'spy whale' found dead off coast of Norway
A beluga whale named Hvaldimir, dubbed Russia's "spy whale," was found dead in Risavika Bay in southern Norway, local television channel NRK reported . The first to spot the whale's body floating on the surface were a father and son fishing nearby on the afternoon of August 31. "At first I thought the boat had capsized, so my dad and I went there to check. By then there was already a boat with biologists monitoring the whale," Storm Carolius Christiansen, 16, told reporters.
