The Prosecutor General spoke about unusual bribes for Russian officials
Bribes in Russia are given not only in money, but also in massage chairs, tourist vouchers, and orthopedic mattresses. Even a wine refrigerator was the subject of bribery, Prosecutor General Alexander Gutsan told TASS. He emphasized that there is nothing surprising in this list, because anything that is “in demand” can serve as a bribe, and not just money, cars or jewelry. At the same time, Gutsan added that the average bribe to Russian officials reaches a million rubles.
