In October, elections were held in Russia - to regional authorities and to the Coordination Council of the Opposition. They were very different. If their election commissions were told that there was something similar in these elections, both would be deeply offended. However, these elections have one thing in common. This feature is extremely low turnout. Everything is clear with the regional elections; the Central Election Commission would hardly object here.
