Viktor Yanukovych resigned as Prime Minister of Ukraine
Today, November 18, 226 people's deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted to adopt a resolution to dismiss Viktor Yanukovych from the post of Prime Minister. People's Deputy Ivan Plyushch (NUNS) abstained from voting, and People's Deputy Ivan Spdarenko (NUNS) was absent from the vote due to health reasons. According to the resolution, Viktor Yanukovych was dismissed due to the resignation of the Cabinet of Ministers to the newly elected Verkhovna Rada.

The border agreement between Russia and Latvia came into force
On December 18, after the heads of the Russian and Latvian Foreign Ministries Sergei Lavrov and Maris Riekstins exchanged instruments of ratification in Riga, the agreement on the Russian-Latvian state border came into force. The police solved only 3 bank robberies in the capital
Today, December 18, Acting Minister of Internal Affairs Mikhail Kornienko announced that employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have solved 3 out of 8 crimes related to bank robberies in the capital. According to Mikhail Kornienko, out of 8 robberies, only one was carried out by drug addicts. Sukhoi began testing the Su-35 fighter
On December 18, the Russian Sukhoi air holding began ground tests of the Su-35 multirole fighter, during which the aircraft system, engines, navigation complex and control system will be tested.
