Budget for malnutrition
Yulia Tymoshenko limits Viktor Yushchenko's funds As Kommersant has learned, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko refused to include almost all of President Viktor Yushchenko’s proposals in the state budget - totaling UAH 23 billion. She justified her refusal by the fact that more than 150 billion UAH are needed to finance current problems, in particular to compensate for the losses of agricultural producers in connection with joining the WTO and increasing social payments.
