Unilever Plc. buys Russian JSC Baltimore-Holding
Today, April 29, the world leader in the production of consumer goods, Unilever Plc. officially announced the purchase of the sauce production division of the Russian JSC Baltimore Holding. As reported in a published statement by Unilever, the company will acquire assets for the production of ketchup, mayonnaise and tomato paste under the brands "Baltimore", Pomo d'Oro and "Eastern Gourmet", the annual turnover of which is about 70 million euros.
