Testaments of Anatolyich
On November 12, Dmitry Medvedev announced his second message to the Federal Assembly. From it it became clear that the third president of the Russian Federation certainly intends to go down in history - either as a great modernizer of a backward country, or, at worst, as a person who made the immortal radio phrase irrelevant: “It’s midnight in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.” DMITRY KAMYSHEV Many Russians were waiting for this message with special interest.

Driven into coal
9K 1 min. ... “Black coal miners,” or Apaches—as they are popularly nicknamed for their dusty faces—risk their lives to mine coal in abandoned mines in Kyrgyzstan. Both adult men and 13-15 year old boys descend to a depth of 100 meters, armed only with a pickaxe and a flashlight. The authorities turn a blind eye to illegal miners: there is no other work anyway. Communications to the rescue
The decline in mobile operator revenues has slowed On Friday, quarterly reports of mobile operators MTS-Ukraine and Astelit were published. Although companies are still cutting revenue, the decline has slowed. This gives reason to say that the peak of the crisis has already passed. The best dynamics of changes in indicators is demonstrated by the MTS-Ukraine company, experts note. In their opinion, in the long term it can catch up with the market leader Kyivstar.

The Ministry of Health prescribed low prices for regions
To comply with drug benefit programs On Friday, the head of the Ministry of Health, Tatyana Golikova, named the parameters of budget allocations for preferential drug coverage. The growth in financing of preferential drug provision, for which 88.4 billion rubles were allocated in 2010, is already lagging behind industry inflation - in physical terms, the provision of drugs in 2010 may turn out to be worse than in the current year.
