Arab Banking Corporation will open an office in Moscow
The transnational banking group Arab Banking Corporation (ABC) announced the opening of its representative office in Moscow on November 25. Russian authorities will not cancel visas valid for three days
Visas for foreign tourists valid for 72 hours, issued directly at the border, will not be abolished.
