Detsky Mir Group is considering an IPO in 2013
The Detsky Mir group of companies is considering the possibility of holding an IPO in 2013-2014. Before this, in 2011-2012, the company intends to open 50 new stores. SSJ flew to Armenia
The first Russian regional aircraft SSJ was delivered to the launch customer, the Armenian airline Armavia, three years late. Drug advertisements will communicate the dangers of self-medication
Today, April 19, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the law “On Amendments to Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising”. 285 out of 395 people's deputies registered in the session hall voted for this decision. This law stipulates that advertising of medicines must contain a warning about the dangers of self-medication.

Philips turned off the TV
The company transferred their production to Hong Kong TPV Technology Philips Electronics is abandoning TV production and transferring this division to a joint venture (JV) with Hong Kong-based TPV Technology. In the new company, Philips will receive a 30% stake with the right to subsequently sell it to TPV.
