UN Security Council will deal with Kosovo
On Wednesday, ethnic Serbs clashed with the police in the republic: the rebels set fire to a checkpoint on the border with Serbia. The CIA suspects Russia in the bombing of the US Embassy in Tbilisi

Chinese Alibaba releases smartphone with its own OS
Today, July 28, the Chinese company Alibaba introduced the mobile operating system Aliyun OS (“Ali cloud”). According to a press release on alibaba.com, Aliyun OS uses the Linux kernel and is designed for smartphones and tablets. Aliyun OS can run Android applications and web applications written in HTML5 and JavaScript. Alania failed to win the Europa League home match

Breivik's trial will not take place until 2012
The case of Norwegian terrorist Anders Behring Breivik will not go to trial until 2012, Norway's chief prosecutor said. “We hope to be able to start the trial next year,” Crown Prosecutor General Thor Axel Busch said on July 28.
