Dolphin in the Crystal Hall concert hall
The public heard about the performer named Dolphin in 1997, when, having taken this pseudonym, Muscovite Andrei Lysikov left the successful hip-hop trio “Malchishnik” and suspended the work of his rock group “Dubovy Gaai”. The artist became popular not least due to his poetic talent - young people knew the texts from his albums “Out of Focus” and “Depth of Field” by heart and constantly quoted them.

Belarus will receive a billion dollars from Sberbank and the EDB
According to a source from the PRIME agency, the Russian Sberbank and the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) will provide Belarus with a loan of $1 billion. According to the interlocutor, Sberbank allocates $900 million to the Belarusian side, the EDB - $100 million. The head of Sberbank German Gref and the chairman of the board of the EDB Igor Finogenov will arrive in Minsk on November 18 to discuss and possibly conclude a deal.

Yesterday the Verkhovna Rada registered a bill “On Amendments to the Law “On Certain Issues of Debt for Consumed Natural Gas and Electric Energy”.” The bill involves writing off UAH 225 million of debt owed by Chernomorneftegaz to Naftogaz.
